Ingredients
1 3/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 cup Oil
1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1 1/2 cup Rainbow/Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set aside
Cream oil, sugar, milk and vanilla in a seperate bowl
Blend until creamy then blend in egg
Add flour mixture gradually
Add rainbow/chocolate chips
Drop by the spoonful 3" apart, I like to flatten my cookies slightly
Bake for 10 minutes for chewy cookies, 13 minutes for crunchy cookies
