Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups quick oats
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
In a bowl cream butter, brown sugar and sugar until smooth about 4-5 minutes
Beat in the eggs 1at a time, then stir in vanilla
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl
Stir in the creamed mixture until just blended
Mix in the the quick oats chocolate chips
Drop onto ungreased baking sheet
Bake for 12 minutes
