Puffed Wheat Cake












Ingredients
1/3 cup Margarine
1/2 Corn syrup
1 cup Brown sugar, packed
3 Tbsp Cocoa
2 tsp Vanilla
8 cups Puffed Wheat Cereal

  • Melt margarine in saucepan, over medium heat.
  • Add sugar, corn syrup, cocoa and vanilla.
  • When syrup mixture bubbles continue to cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously.
  • Remove from heat, and add puffed wheat.
  • Stir until puffed wheat is entirely coated.
  • Press down with hands in a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Let cool, slice and eat....
Can be stored in tight sealed Tupperware container
