Deer Jerky Recipe


Ingredients
4 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
4 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt

Slice meat into long 1" wide 1/8 " thick pieces
Place ingredients into plastic bag. Place meat into bag and refrigerate overnight.
Knead occasionally for even distribution
Preheat oven to 160 degrees or lowest setting mine is 170 degrees F
Place pan on bottom of oven to catch drippings. I place meat directly onto the oven racks.
Dehydrate for 6-8 hrs.

Comments:
This jerky was a hit wit my dart team. My eldest son was not too happy upon finding out it was all gone. His reaction in the morning "Mom is there any jerky left?" When I replied No, he replied with a big long "AHHHHHHH"
